Bird Walk (Beginner Friendly!)

Delaware Canal State Park Upper Black Eddy

***Meeting location: Delaware Canal State Park Office, 11 Lodi Hill Rd., Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972*** Join a park naturalist & a local birding expert on this ~2 mile bird walk along the towpath! Birders of all experience levels are welcome, however, we will be going over how to use binoculars, bird identification skills and how to use various bird ID apps on your smartphone so beginners will feel at ease. 2021 Fall Pottery Festival

Pull out your beer stein for an evening celebrating German culture. The Little Brass Band will be on hand to play rousing German beer hall tunes during a one-hour cruise along the Lehigh Canal. After disembarking, you’ll enjoy a German-themed menu for an outdoor twilight dinner. The event is BYOB but guests aged 21 and over will be greeted with a cold glass of beer to take on board the boat. Face masks recommended for all, but required for anyone not vaccinated.
