All ABOARD in Phillipsburg for this years second annual Railroad Festival on Saturday September 23rd, 2023.
Presented by Platinum Star Cleaning & Kay’s Electric. The festival starts off at 11 AM at Shappell Park and surrounding area with music, food, vendors, and fun. The event will have three walkable areas to discover along the railroad.
