NNC Winter Film Series – Luminous

Join NNC for a winter film series. Each month we will have a community screening of a documentary followed by some discussion. From astronomy to food to indigenous peoples, there is a range of topics and interests for everyone.
Thursday, January 19, 2022, 6:30-8:30 pm – LUMINOUS tells the story of astronomer Larry Molnar as he investigates a distant, double-star system, about which he makes a daring and explosive prediction. The film highlights the scientific process and how we try to understand what we observe in the universe.
