Mindful Kids – Movement and Mindfulness. Children 9-14

Brent Mackzo will teach mindful movements, yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Brent is a mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in public education. His specialty is in trauma informed yoga and mindfulness education. Brent currently serves as the Health and Wellness Coordinator for the Phillipsburg School District.
