Meal Prep at the Market – with Dharma Kitchen

Every day, we ask the question “what’s for dinner?” Join Carrie Havranek of Dharma Kitchen as she helps you answer that question at the Easton Public Market through a meal-prepping workshop. You’ll shop the market* and go into the kitchen to prep two meals (4 servings of each) for the week ahead. We’ll provide basic pantry ingredients, containers, and the prep space. Carrie will offer her expert assistance as well as pro tips and recipe suggestions. All dietary types can easily be accommodated. Bring a friend or come on your own and get excited about eating dinner again!
