Hope in Flight Mural Celebration

SouthSide Arts District invites you to join us and your fellow community members as we celebrate the latest public mural installation in Bethlehem, Hope in Flight.

Join us from 4:30-6:00 PM on Thursday, September 14 for the ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration of Bethlehem’s first stair mural, Hope in Flight, created by artists Tiffany Anderson and Carla Majczan with volunteer support from the school communities of Donegan Elementary School and East Hills Middle School. Hear the artists talk about their process and how the art was created, take some selfies with the mural, and then join us at the Bethlehem SkatePlaza for food, music, and mingling.
The first 100 people registered will receive a meal and beverage voucher.
Directions to the Stair Mural: When you arrive at the South Bethlehem Greenway Parking Lot, walk past the traffic bollards onto the Greenway trail heading West towards the SteelStacks. The Greenway Stairs are a 3 minute walk, and are located along the Greenway Trail.
